The Why

Owners, Mark and Brittany Carducci opened the studio in the Fall of 2019, to bring the boutique fitness trend of indoor rhythm riding to the Napa Valley. Their end goal was to create a community where people would have their lives completely changed and that members would find new ways to push past both mental and physical limits. Soon thereafter, they added a strength program to their class offerings, coached by the top fitness trainers in the Napa Valley.

In the Spring of 2025, they opened a second location in Bozeman, Montana, where they added a recovery element (sauna + cold plunge) to make it even more of a one stop shop. The studio continues to grow, but its foundation remains the same. What makes THE SOCIETY unlike any other studio or gym? The TEAM and the core values the studio stands on. The integrity and others-focused mindset carries over in everything they do. There is nothing “normal” about this community, it is made up of all ages, from all walks of life and if you’re looking for a place to sweat and be a part of something truly unique, we invite you to come check it out, you won’t regret it.

STAY HUNGRY. STAY HUMBLE.

MEMBER REVIEWS

My name is Susan (or Susie) Ellis and we moved to Napa 3 months ago….I have loved working out every day since I’ve been in my 20’s and I especially enjoy people who workout together as a community/family cheering on and supporting each other. People who really care about the progress that each other is making whether big or small. This (and my daughter being a fan & member of The Society) is what brought me to work out here and become a part of such a special place. I keep coming back because of the education and training that I receive from the staff! I keep coming back because of members and new friends who have also made me feel at home! I keep coming back because I am seeing results! And I keep coming back because I always feel loved and welcome! Thank you!

I started my journey in January 2023. I was having terrible knee pain and doing physical therapy, my PT recommended cycling. My sister Angel wouldn’t stop bragging about her gym and finally got me into the saddle room. I’m so thankful I finally decided to join her. All the instructors were super friendly, encouraging and made you feel welconted! I love a room filled with like minded individuals, all ambitious for the same goal; to be a better version of themselves one ride/class at a time. The community itself was unwavering in their support, having the other riders and instructors root for you in the saddle or in strength classes, is unmatched. It’s a whole vibe and I love seeing this community grow!

When I sat back and started to think about my society journey it’s truly hard to remember what my life looked like pre-first ride….This place has become such a home away from home for me I feel that I am so lucky that I stumbled upon the studio when I did, especially that it happened during such a strange period of time for everyone in the WORLD. My first ride was in September of 2020; my cousin took me, it was taught entirely outside (covid restrictions) and it was AMAZING! I was horrible at it, but it was one of the best workouts I’d ever done and all the people I met were so welcoming and friendly, I knew right away that I would be back. I DID come back. I came back the next day and the day after and the day after that and before I knew it it’s been over 3 years and I cant stay away! This place is so full of loving and supportive and genuinely good people it’s a privilege to say I am a member and am a a part of such a wonderful community. I am so thankful for the coaches, the front desk staff and for all the other members, this place lights up my life day in and day out and I just love everyone! Thank you for the epic workouts, the laughter, the endless support and love, The Society is my happy place and will be for many many many years to come.
