When you just can’t decide what type of workout you want, we’ve created a class that just about targets everything. This class is broken down into four 15 minute intervals (bike, strength, bike, strength) and a 5 minute stretch at the end. We mix it up with Dumbbells, Kettlebells and body weight movements. FUSE is intense from start to finish, but the variety keeps it moving along quickly!
