This 50-minute strength training class is the perfect blend of high energy music, dynamic coaching and thoughtfully programmed movements that hit every major muscle group, for a full-body burn that builds lean muscle, boosts endurance, and leaves you feeling unstoppable. Using a mix of dumbbells, kettlebells and bodyweight, through functional movements, we’ll cycle through upper body, lower body, and full body workouts to challenge your strength, stability, and stamina.
