It’s time to mix things up with our hybrid class, FUSE. When you just can’t decide what type of workout you want, we’ve created a class that covers it all. This class is broken down into four 15 minute intervals (bike, strength, bike, strength) and a 5 minute stretch at the end. We mix it up with dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and body weight movements. FUSE is intense from start to finish and the variety keeps it moving so quickly that it’s over before you know it!
