STRENGTH is a unique and specialized small group (5 person max) training class. Each class fits into a 50 minute training experience designed to take your performance to the next level. Classes are coached by Napa Valley’s best personal trainers and are organized by muscle group and movement. Our dynamic programming allows for continual growth and progression.
